Your privacy.

We use the name, contact details, delivery address and order information you provide to process your purchase, arrange delivery and respond to your requests. Card information is entered with Square; this website does not receive or store your full card number.

Product availability requests

If you ask to hear when a product becomes available, we store your email address, the requested product, your consent and the request status. This is for the availability notice you requested, not a general marketing subscription. It does not place an order or reserve stock. Contact hello@longevitus.ca to withdraw your request or ask us to remove it.

Services and records

Square processes payments and receives the order and delivery details needed for checkout. Our hosting provider stores the website and its order records. We retain records required to operate the store, handle customer support and meet applicable obligations.

Cookies

Essential session cookies keep your bag and checkout working. Administrator cookies protect team access. The storefront does not currently use advertising trackers.

Your information

Contact hello@longevitus.ca to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained. Please do not email payment card details.
