Terms of purchase.

All storefront prices and payments are in Canadian dollars. Available products, quantities, shipping charges, discounts and applicable taxes are confirmed during checkout. Products marked as collection previews are not available for purchase.

Orders

Payment is processed by Square. An order is confirmed after the payment has been verified. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you using your order details to arrange a resolution.

Paid backorders

A backorder means the product is not currently ready to dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout, and the estimated dispatch timing is shown before you pay. Gladius backorders are estimated to dispatch eight weeks from payment, with carrier transit time afterward. Orders containing in-stock and backordered items ship together when all items are ready. Contact hello@longevitus.ca with your order reference to request cancellation before dispatch.
