What will my first Longevitus order cost, and what happens after I pay?
A practical first-order guide: compare four $79.95 CAD serums, understand shipping and the complete total, then follow your order after paying through Square.

One Longevitus serum is currently $79.95 CAD. With the current $19.95 flat shipping charge, a one-serum order comes to $99.90 CAD before any applicable taxes. You can review the complete checkout total before continuing to Square to pay.
That is the useful starting point for a first purchase: understand the product, the full cost and what happens next. You do not need to buy a complete collection to begin. This guide walks through the current options and the practical questions to settle before placing an order.
Which serum can I order?
Longevitus currently offers four serum choices, each listed at $79.95 CAD:
- VENUS Renewal GHK-Cu Serum.
- VENUS Renewal SNAP-8 Serum.
- MARS Performance GHK-Cu Serum.
- MARS Performance SNAP-8 Serum.
Venus and Mars are collection identities. They do not, by themselves, establish that a particular ingredient will suit your skin or that the two collections have a clinically demonstrated difference in results. Both collections include GHK-Cu and SNAP-8 options.
Use the serum comparison guide to explore those two ingredient families and the individual listings. Choose according to the product information, your preferences and the role you want an optional serum to have in your routine. There is no requirement to purchase both families, or one from each collection.
What should I check before adding a bottle?
Read the actual product details and the bottle label. An ingredient name in a title is not the complete formula, and a photograph or collection emblem cannot answer every question about ingredients, quantity or use.
The two GHK-Cu listings currently describe 10 mL pump bottles. The SNAP-8 listings do not currently state a bottle size, so ask before ordering if size is central to your comparison. The Mars GHK-Cu page includes an ingredient list; do not assume another serum has that same list.
Health Canada's cosmetic labelling guidance explains how information such as ingredients, metric quantity and relevant directions helps consumers make informed choices. Check the details for the specific product you are considering. If an important detail is missing online, contact us rather than borrowing instructions or percentages from another brand.
Packaging artwork can communicate a collection's style. It is not a clinical study.
What is the total for one, two or four serums?
At the prices and shipping policy checked for this guide, the following examples apply before any applicable taxes:
- One serum: $79.95 merchandise + $19.95 shipping = $99.90 CAD.
- Two serums: $159.90 merchandise + $19.95 shipping = $179.85 CAD.
- One of each of the four serums: $319.80 merchandise + $19.95 shipping = $339.75 CAD.
These examples assume no coupon. They are cost comparisons, not a recommendation to order multiple products. Your final checkout review is the place to confirm the exact amount for your own bag and delivery details.
The current shipping policy provides free shipping when the merchandise subtotal, before coupons and taxes, reaches $500 CAD. A four-serum order at the prices above does not reach that threshold. Buying more solely to remove a shipping charge is not necessarily the better choice for your budget.
Can you ship to my part of Canada?
Checkout serves Canada's ten provinces and three territories. Enter your actual delivery address and select the correct province or territory. The checkout review shows your shipping charge before payment; check it alongside the merchandise total and any applicable taxes.
A shipping charge does not establish an arrival date. The current policy does not give a fixed delivery promise for every destination. If you need an item for a particular date, ask before paying so that the timing can be discussed for your order.
Payment, order processing, dispatch and carrier transit are separate stages. Where a listing identifies an item as a paid backorder, read that notice before ordering. Do not apply a backorder estimate from another product to the serum you have chosen.
What happens when I continue to Square?
Review your bag, contact details, delivery address and complete total first. The checkout then sends you to Square for secure payment. The ordering terms explain that an order is confirmed after payment is verified.
Keep the order reference and any private order-status link provided by the site. They help you identify the purchase when contacting us and checking updates. Avoid posting that private link publicly: it is for following your own order.
If you have just paid and confirmation has not appeared, allow a moment for Square's status to reach the site. The order page can offer a payment-status refresh. Check that status and contact support if you are unsure, rather than starting another purchase merely because the page has not updated immediately.
An order confirmation is not the same as a parcel being dispatched. Tracking details can be added to the private order page when available. Carrier updates are the relevant source for a parcel's progress after dispatch; do not treat a payment receipt as a tracking notice.
How do I ask a question or discuss a return?
Use our contact form or email hello@longevitus.ca. Include the order reference, the product name and a clear description of your question. You do not need to share card details to explain an order issue.
The current returns policy asks customers to contact us before returning an item so that the applicable instructions can be provided. It does not publish a blanket return period or a promise that every opened product is returnable. If a particular return condition matters to your decision, ask before purchasing instead of assuming another retailer's policy applies.
Do I need an elaborate routine to start?
No. A serum is an optional part of skincare. The American Academy of Dermatology's budget guide describes an affordable approach built around cleansing, moisturizing and sun protection. Price alone is not evidence of a better result.
Our guide to what actually works for skin aging puts those foundations in context. If you decide to add a serum, how to introduce and layer serums explains how to keep the surrounding routine simple while following the product's own directions.
Compare the four serums, choose your bottle and review your full total before paying.
